Terms and Conditions

By accepting a quote from Snowliner Coaches, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations

All cancellations must be advised in writing and acknowledged by us via return email. The following cancellation charges will apply as per the notice provided to us by the hirer:

-Cancellation of a quote that has been accepted (more than 48 hours notice): 5% of cost of hire

-Between 24 & 48 hours: 50% of cost of hire

-Less than 24 hours: 100% of cost of hire

Amendments to Bookings

The hirer is responsible for checking the booking confirmation and ensuring all details are correct. Any amendments made to your booking (that has been confirmed), will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges, at our discretion. We are not responsible for any cancellation fees or costs from third parties due to cancelling or changing your bookings with us.

On Our Buses/Coaches

Eating and drinking (non-alcoholic beverages) is permitted on the bus, however passengers are not permitted to eat hot foods while on board, to ensure the comfort of all passengers. Smoking is not permitted, by law, on any of our vehicles.

Students are to abide by the Transport for NSW Student Code of Conduct while on our school buses (as per the State Student Transport Scheme)

Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. We will not be held liable for the loss or damage of any of the passengers belongings.

All passengers have the right to a comfortable journey. Passengers are expected to behave politely and in an appropriate manner. Any passenger who displays inappropriate behaviour, eg. aggression, violence, harassment, threats etc. or who is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may be prevented from boarding the coach or removed from the vehicle if necessary to ensure the safety and well being of the driver and other passengers.

All arrival times are approximate and dependent on traffic and weather conditions. Your safety and comfort is of paramount importance to us therefore any changes are made with your well-being in mind. We will always make every effort to arrive on time, however we will not be held liable for delays subject to unforeseen circumstances such as road works/ accidents or extreme weather conditions.

On occasion we may work with other charter companies and use their vehicles and/or drivers. Customers should expect the same service as we ourselves provide.
